They are inviting and shows positivity, however they leave the hiring and on boarding procedures to managers are not representing the company well.

The Bentonville, AR office can improve in putting diverse individuals in on boarding process. The culture in this location is too casual. People make the culture, but fostering professional behaviors and encouraging team collaboration can reduce the tension.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lack of engagement and office etiquette. Bentonville, AR is a small town and the work environment is acting like town folks, so it invites disrespect. Leadership does not show respect, but they expect respect. There is conflict in the middle of department meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was very informal due to lack of follow up. I was not sure the job will be offered to me. I had to contact the recruiter to find out status, but I also was asked by the manager why I make them look bad. They have some schedule conflict. I told I was just following up. Unbelievable.
