Interactive and two-way communication, as opposed to being just about asking the candidate about their experience and skills

I loved how I got to meet many stakeholders and understood the roles within the company

The interview was very informal due to lack of follow up. I was not sure the job will be offered to me. I had to contact the recruiter to find out status, but I also was asked by the manager why I make them look bad. They have some schedule conflict. I told I was just following up. Unbelievable.
