Ms. Ascher has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and talent development. She served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Omnicare Inc. from 2010 to 2012. She served as Vice President of Human Resources at Omnicare Inc., since September 24, 2010. She was responsible for leading Omnicare's human resources function, including designing and implementing strategies in the areas of attracting, retaining, developing and rewarding employees. She served as Vice President of Human Resources for Prime Therapeutics LLC. Before joining Prime, she worked at Ecolab, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America and Asia Pacific. She served as Ecolab's Vice President of Talent Development and Succession Management. Prior to Omnicare, from 1998 to 2007, she worked in a variety of human resources positions for St. Paul, Ecolab. She served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Cincinnati for two years, where she enhanced the university's talent acquisition strategies and created a talent development function. She is a Member of the Executive team of the United Way of Cincinnati's Women's Leadership Council. She is a Member of the American Heart Association's Greater Cincinnati Board of Trustees. She has B.S.B.A. Management Degree from Miami University in Ohio. Ms. Ascher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned Masters of Science degree in Personnel and Employee Relations from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
