Eric Ludwig — Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Glu Mobile

Mr. Eric R. Ludwig has been an Executive Vice President of Glu Mobile, Inc since October 2011 and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer since August 2008 and October 2014, respectively. Mr. Ludwig served as Principal Accounting Officer of Glu Mobile, Inc. Mr. Ludwig served as the Senior Vice President of Finance of Glu Mobile, Inc. since August 2008 and served as Assistant Secretary since July 2006. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Glu Mobile, Inc. He joined Glu in 2005. He served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Glu Mobile Inc. from May 2008 to August 2008, Vice President of Finance from July 2006 to August 2008 and also served as its Director of Finance from January 2005 to April 2005. From January 1996 to January 2005, Mr. Ludwig served as the Vice President of Finance, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Instill Corporation. During his tenure at Instill, he served as the Financial Executive and was responsible for raising $83 million in venture financing, $10 million in debt financing, $6 million in equipment financing and also managing the acquisition of GlobalFoodExchange.com. Previously, he served as Corporate Controller of Camstar Systems from May 1994 to January 1996. Prior to Camstar, Mr. Ludwig served at Price Waterhouse L.L.P. in the Audit and Tax Departments, where he focused primarily on software clients and initial public offerings from May 1989 to May 1994. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at ShortTail Media, Inc. He was a Member of Advisory Board of AdGent Digital, Inc. until July 2013. He holds B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
