Mr. Scott J. Leichtner has been a Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Glu Mobile, Inc. since September 2010. Mr. Leichtner served as Corporate Attorney / Of Counsel in the Corporate Group at Fenwick & West, LLP, for more than 10 years. His practice concentrates on the representation of high technology companies on a variety of transactions, including public offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings. His practice also focuses on providing corporate and securities counseling for private and public companies. Prior to Fenwick, he worked as a corporate attorney at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft. He is a member of the State Bars of California and New York. Mr. Leichtner received an A.B., in Political Science, cum laude from Duke University in 1992 and a J.D., cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1995.
