What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The tasks assignments need to be more realistic. The hiring process should be done by experts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didnt have any increase despite the improvements ive shown. They always find some fault that would give them an excuse not to give me a raise. W/ my prev manager in the same company, i was given a raise despite it all & thats the only raise i got. New hires have higher pay than me.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Application and interview was ok.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers need to be observed and monitored along with supervisors. Some of them dont got the skills to be one. Imagine getting promoted coz you're a yes man and do anything the client asks you even if it means you are already working almost 24hours a day.
Clients are being dismissed and not the best talent is recruited
