As CEO of Goodwyn Mills Cawood, Jeffrey Brewer’s leadership is focused on leaving a legacy of good and recognizing the opportunities we have to make people’s lives better through architecture, engineering and environmental services. With a constant heart to serve, this perspective drives his interactions with employees, clients and the community.

As a leader in GMC he has held many roles since joining the firm in 1998. His knowledge of the AEC industry and the many clients he has helped along the way have contributed to the firm’s success. His ability to create multi-disciplined teams and the value he places on people has created a positive and energetic work environment that values each person.

In the community, he is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a Restoration Academy Board Member, CEO.net, and has committed to the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion Pledge. His civic and community leadership activities include the United Way of Greater Birmingham Campaign Chair, Mountain Brook City Schools Board President, University of Alabama at Birmingham Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering Advisory Board Member, and Leadership Birmingham Class of 2012.
