Fostering a Global Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
As a global company focused on people-first mobility, diversity and inclusion aren’t just something we strive for. They are crucial to our success in working with each other, clients, mobile employees and supplier partners around the world. Studies show that diverse and inclusive environments produce more creative, innovative and engaged workforces, making for happier employees. Being people-first and planet-responsible is in our DNA.
In 2020, we grew our DEI Council to expand our impact globally with regional teams that focus on attracting and retaining diverse talent, education and awareness, growing allyship and increasing advocacy.
Our goal is to create an even stronger culture of inclusion where all Graebel employees feel valued and supported. By eliminating the predictability of access and success based on any one factor — race, gender, age, etc. — we aim to show our commitment to building, sustaining and leveraging a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace. We believe that by extension those we work with — clients, mobile employees and supplier partners — will also feel the impacts of our inclusive culture. Our values are truth, love and integrity, so we are called to listen, learn from and lean into our differences.
