Mr. Mathew C. Tyler, also known as Matt, has been Senior Vice President at Granite Construction Incorporated since January 12, 2015 and serves as its Group Manager. Mr. Tyler is responsible for growing Granite??'s portfolio of federal division projects and services. He has a deep appreciation and understanding of federal customers and the strategies necessary to grow this area of business. He is known and respected within the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and NASA as a Trusted Partner and Leader. Prior to joining Granite, he spent 20 years with CH2M HILL, a global consulting, design, design-build, operations and program management company. He served as Senior Vice President, Director of design-build services for CH2M HILL Constructors, Inc. He has 30 years of industry experience and is a recognized leader in all aspects of project management, business development, design-build construction, project delivery and financial management. He is a professional engineer and project management professional. Mr. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.
