Ms. Summer Loveland, CPA has been Chief Accounting Officer at Green Brick Partners, Inc since November 2017. Ms. Loveland is responsible for accounting administration, systems integration and treasury functions for Green Brick's corporate operations. Ms. Loveland has been the Chief Financial Officer at Dallas Police and Fire Pension System since 2013 and served as its Co-Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Loveland joined Dallas Police and Fire Pension System in 2013. Prior to this, she was a Senior Manager in the audit practice at KPMG LLP where she worked for 15 years, primarily serving clients in the financial services industry. Previously, Ms. Loveland also worked as an Accountant and Financial Analyst in private industry for over five years prior to entering the field of public accounting. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Pasadena as well as the Lakewood Early Childhood PTA. Ms. Loveland is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of Texas and California. Ms. Loveland holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
