My team is truly great. We support each other, learn from one another, and are always there for each other. We have built a strong sense of trust and connection, and it genuinely feels like family. I’m very grateful to be part of such a supportive tea

They are funny. We laugh a lot at the office. I miss my office mates when then are on vacation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having the same goals going forward
It's very entrepreneurial. If you have a great idea and the energy to go make it happen - then go for it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really didn't have much of an interview since I was a former employee
It was relaxed. Every interview was over a coffee and felt like an interesting conversation with a peer not an interrogation with a superior.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to provide my family with good health benefits and a decent living wage
My co-workers, my team. I like my boss, he's very smart and has high expectations, but he's fair and nice.
