Gary Martz — Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Greif & Co

Mr. Gary R. Martz has been an Executive Vice President of Greif Inc. (formerly, Greif Bros. Corp.) since June 17, 2010 and its General Counsel since January 2002 and Secretary since June 2002. Mr. Martz joined Greif Inc. in 2002. He served as its Acting Chief Administrative Officer of Greif, Inc. from March 2014 to May 2014. Mr. Martz served as the President of Soterra LLC, a subsidiary of Greif Inc. since June 20, 2005 until May 2013. He served as a Senior Vice President of Greif, Inc. from January 2002 to June 17, 2010. His prior experience includes 19 years with the law firm of Baker & Hostetler, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio, 12 years as a Partner. Mr. Martz received his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo (Ohio).
