Mr. Michael T. Sicoli, also known as Mike has been Chief Financial Officer of GTT Communications, Inc. since April 13, 2015. Mr. Sicoli lead GTT's global finance group, including financial operations, investor relations and all banking and advisory relationships. With a distinguished career in the communications industry, Mr. Sicoli has more than 20 years of strategic, financial and operational leadership experience to GTT. Mr. Sicoli serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Yankee Metro Partners LLC. Mr. Sicoli served as the Chief Executive Officer of RCN Metro Business at RCN Corporation. Prior to joining GTT, Mr. Sicoli served as Principal of MTS Advisors, a consulting and advisory services firm he founded in 2013. Mr. Sicoli served as Chief Executive Officer of Sidera Networks, Inc. from September 9, 2010 to 2013. Mr. Sicoli served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RCN Corporation from May 12, 2005 to 2010, where he played a role in establishing and executing its strategy, driving revenue growth and expansion in RCN Corporation's residential business, diversifying into the commercial fiber business through acquisitions and organic investments, improving RCN Corporation's capital structure through divestitures, a recapitalization and share repurchases and positioning RCN Corporation to generate free cash flow. In addition, Mr. Sicoli led the transaction to take RCN Corporation private in 2010, including the separation of its cable and fiber businesses, leading to the creation of RCN Metro as a stand-alone company. Mr. Sicoli joined RCN Corporation from Nextel Communications, Inc. where he served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Sicoli spent over seven years (from 1998 to 2005) at Nextel Communications, Inc., where he served within finance organization, including Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, which he served since 2002. Prior to joining Nextel, he served for both Deloitte Consulting and Accenture in Washington, D.C. He has been an Independent Directorat Lumos Networks Corp. since July 30, 2014. Mr. Sicoli serves as a Director of Yankee Metro Partners LLC. Mr. Sicoli holds an M.B.A. from The University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics from The College of William and Mary.
