Mr. James M. Mitchell, also known as Jay has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Gulfmark Offshore, Inc., since June 3, 2013. Mr. Mitchell served as the Chief Executive Officer of FlexEnergy, Inc. since April 2012. Mr. Mitchell served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at FlexEnergy Inc. since February 16, 2012. Mr. Mitchell served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of T-3 Energy Services LLC from July 2008 through 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until June 2010. He was the Founder of Energy Equipment Company. Mr. Mitchell served as the Chief Financial Officer of Latin American and E & P services of Pride International Inc., from January 17, 2007 to August 2007. He served as Director of Investor Relations and Treasurer of Grant Prideco Inc., from May 2003 to January 12, 2007. He served as a Director of Tax of Grant Prideco since October 1999 and its Director of Corporate Development since 2002. He serves as Director of FlexEnergy Inc. Mr. Mitchell served as a Director of International Tax of Azurix Corporation from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Mitchell served as International Tax Manager of Arthur Andersen LLP. He served as a Director of Tax at EVI Inc., from 1997 to 1998. He has a strong operations background in manufacturing environments and a proven record of success with manufacturing process improvement. Mr. Mitchell holds an MPA in Taxation from the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University.
