Mr. Lee R. Johnson has been Chief Information Officer of Gulfmark Offshore Inc. since February 2009 and has been its Senior Vice President since June 2012 and also served as its Vice President of IT. Mr. Johnson has over twenty-five years experience in applying technical solutions and leading information technology organizations. Mr. Johnson was with Tatum LLC as a partner and practice leader for Houston's technology organization. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of eCommLink Inc. Prior to joining eCommLink, Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Technology Officer of Evercom Systems Inc., where he led the technology and product development of next-generation hardware and software technologies for bad debt management, self-service portals, stored value products, enterprise applications and homeland security. Prior to Evercom Systems, Mr. Johnson spent 16 years with Nortel Networks, where he won Nortel Networks' prestigious President's Award several times for product innovations and multi-million- dollar business savings. As Divisional Chief Information Officer at Nortel, he led three business units in the wireless and LMDS markets. Mr. Johnson holds 12 patents/patent-pending applications in areas of bad debt management, homeland security solutions, self-service portals/prepaid solutions and VOIP technology. Mr. Johnson has a B.S Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and attended the Executive Masters Program in Computer Science and Software Engineering at Southern Methodist University.
