Program Highlights:
• 10 week paid summer program (working 40 hours per week) where interns are contributing real-work that fits business need. Interns are in a variety of functional areas, including operations, operations support, finance, IT, HR, learning & development, and more.
• Interns get to work on a group project assigned by executive leadership and present at the end of their internship. Last year, they researched and presented on “Building a Roadmap for GXO Sustainability.”
• We do a variety of events such as weekly lunch n’ learns with members of the executive leadership team, teambuilding events, and a facility site tour to learn all aspects of the business. It’s a true holistic experience!
• All managers from the intern group last summer said they would hire their respective intern for various entry level type roles.
