Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when the company closed they didn't offer enough compensation other than a small bonus

The company may improve if they took the time to acknowledge store managers, assistant managers and associates. These people need to be appreciated because they are the ones who actually sell the product. We need to be taught how to sell product in a friendly comfortable manner not a pushy maner

paid the same for three jobs for what someone at another company gets for one portion
pay is extremely poor compared to other companies. no raises from year to year and certainly underpaid for the amount of task work they put on you.

Communication from the ELT is severely lacking.
Products have decreased in quality and increased in price.
