What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The higher ups have favs and protect the ones they like
WORST COMPANY EVER. I have never experienced such a horrible work experience. The team I worked with specifically was NO help. I quit after my first week working there because nobody could properly train me as well as I desired. All in all, never wish that working experience on anybody.

a livable wage would be great

a livable wage i shouldn't have to get food stamps to help feed my family
