Mr. Jung Pyo Seo, also known as Jay, has been Chief Financial Officer of Hanwha Q CELLS Co., Ltd. since July 2011. Mr. Seo served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hanwha SolarOne Co., Ltd since July 01, 2011 and served as its Head of China Business. Mr. Seo joined SolarOne from Azdel Inc, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2011. He also played an important role in the acquisition and post-acquisition integration of Azdel Inc. by Hanhwa Corporation. He has been a Director of Hanwha Q CELLS Co., Ltd. since April 2014. He served as a Director of Hanwha SolarOne Co., Ltd since April 30, 2014. Prior to Azdel, Mr. Seo held variety of accounting, finance and sales-related roles at Hanwha Resorts Corporation and Hanwha Chemical Corporation over a twelve year period. Mr. Seo received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Seoul National University.
