Ms. Yvonne Harrison serves as Member of Advisory Board at HDI Inc. Ms. Harrison has over 20 years experience, a combination of customer support, technical support and management in the Information Technology industry. Her strong interpersonal, organizational skills and belief in being a team player enable her to be successful in managing projects, implementations and ongoing service delivery for her clients. She was an early adopter and believer in the ITIL framework. She became ITIL Foundation certified in early 2000 and obtained the Change Practitioner certification later that year.
