What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is like a bunch of headless chickens. You literally have 5 different bosses at any given time telling you to do different things for the same task, so you are never doing it correctly. Then you will be used as a scapegoat when you fail.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid. Expected to work overtime for no pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone on the team is out for blood vying for the same upper position.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Very negative work atmosphere. Constantly under a microscope. Calls constantly monitored. If you even word a sentence incorrectly you get written up. Your only incentive is to not get fired.
