Even though Hero is a medium to large company, it still has a small company feel in that everyone works well together, supports each other and cheers everyone's wins. There isn't a person at ANY level who wouldn't be willing to meet with any employee.

The majority of our team is willing to step up and help even if it's outside their job.

Everyone agrees that the most important thing we do is for our patient. If you are following that then the exec team will always support you.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I'm allowed to be a "trailblazer." No one ties my hands with what I need to do. I can think creatively to come up with new processes and procedures. The team respects me and trusts that I will make the best decisions for the company.
