What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Running a company. By far, higi has the most dysfunctional and immoral management team I've seen or heard of. They are wholly unqualified to manage themselves, let alone others. And they make Uber execs sound virtuous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higi pays its employees near less than 50% below the industry standard across the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A New York Times expose needs to happen. If higi was a Silicon Valley company, the management team's behavior would make the news on a weekly basis. Harassment, bullying employees, nepotism—you name it—runs rampant, but nothing happens because the head of HR is the niece of the company's founder.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything, and somehow that's still an understatement. The entire management team needs to be fired. They are running the company into the ground, burning through cash while their investors remain blind, and losing employees left and right.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
New management fit to run a business.
