The St Joe plant needs new upper management product intgerity is bad getting worse all the time

Before Tyson bought hillshire they pd into r retirement we didn't get enough of raise to start 401 n frozen retirement n can't get it out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We r getting alot of people that don't speak English n not safe workingwith them trying to train them n they don't understand us.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't even know where to begin, Tyson needs to have a one on one meeting with depts., so u understand what is bringing us down as a compan
