- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't feel undervalued. I would feel better if I was paid at market rate + bonus, or if Bonus/RSUs made up for the gap in pay...
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't feel as I get enough feedback and sometimes it seems my hard work is taken for granted. I know for a fact that I'm underpaid as I get multiple offers a week with a much higher comp packages
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Most companies have a target cash bonus...we do not. Base is still a bit low (but I was told it would be leveled once we went public...and now we are public).
