What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership truly cares about the firm. They're honest when things aren't great and push their employees to grow, volunteer, and have a work/life balance. Although tough love comes into place, it's ultimately a result of your potential not being met and holding you accountable.

The bonus payout at the end of Q4.

I work alongside brillaint, empathetic, hard working, passionate snd committed peoole. There's mutual resoect for each orher, comradery, and a shared vision/goal.
