Mr. Alexander joined HMS from Alcon Laboratories, where he served as the Head of US and Canada Integrity and Compliance and Director of Global Integrity & Compliance, Pharmaceuticals. He served as Legal Business Partner for The Primary Care South and Oncology Business Units at Regional Attorney for Pfizer, Inc., where he worked on fraud and abuse matters, policy development and compliance training. He also served as an Associate at DLA Piper LLP and K&L Gates LLP. Mr. Alexander completed a federal clerkship with the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
