Emmet O'Gara — Executive Vice President of Total Population Management at HMS Holdings

Mr. Emmet O'Gara has served as Executive Vice President, Total Population Management (TPM) at HMS Holdings Corp., since January 2018, with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the company's TPM business development, product innovation, and delivery capabilities. Mr. O'Gara has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare payer, provider, and employer markets. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of COTA, Inc. since September 7, 2017 and was responsible for business development and account management activities. Mr. O'Gara has over 25 years of strategic Payer market experience to Cota. He served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Payer and Provider Solutions at MedeAnalytics, Inc. since March 8, 2016 until July 25, 2017. Mr. O'Gara joined MedeAnalytics in September of 2009. He served as MedeAnalytics's Vice President of Payer Sales for the eastern half of the U.S. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Director of Financial Informatics for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA where he was responsible for Employer Reporting and Underwriting Analytics. He has held senior leadership positions at Accenture Consulting, Cigna Healthcare and Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire and has completed the Strategic Leadership Curriculum at Babson College.
