Mr. Gregory Nalbandian, also known as Greg, has been Senior Managing Director of New Jersey Office at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. since February 13, 2017. Mr. Nalbandian has more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He joined HFF from NorthMarq Capital, LLC, where he worked as Senior Vice President and Managing Director since 2005. Prior to NorthMarq, Mr. Nalbandian was Principal at The Schonbraun McCann Group, LLC, a leading real estate-dedicated advisory firm in New Jersey. Mr. Nalbandian began his commercial real estate career with O'Connor Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund headquartered in New York City. He is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties). Mr. Nalbandian graduated from New York University with a Master's in Real Estate and from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
