Mr. Mark Thomson serves as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of The HFF Philadelphia Office at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. Mr. Thomson served as an Associate Vice President of Investments of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. since January 3, 2011. He served in the title of Senior Associate in the Philadelphia office. He joined the Marcus & Millichap as a Sales Intern in June 2005 and also served as an Associate in June 2007. In 2008, he was ranked as the No. 1 agent in the Philadelphia office. He was promoted to Senior Associate in June 2009 and Associate Vice President of Investments in November 2010. Consistently ranked as a leading producer of multifamily transactions in the Philadelphia suburbs, he has received four sales awards from Marcus & Millichap, including two National Achievement Awards.
