Michael Leggett — Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of The West Coast Region at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler

Mr. Michael Leggett serves as Senior Managing Director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. and has been its Co-Head of The West Coast Region since Janaury 2016. Mr. Leggett served as Co-Head of San Francisco Office & West Coast Team and Co-Head of National Office Investment Sales Team at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. Mr. Leggett has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, heads the San Francisco investment sales group and act as co-head of the office. In early 2004, he, along with his partner formed the San Francisco office of Cornish & Carey Commercial. Prior to Cornish & Carey Commercial, he was a member of CB Richard Ellis's Institutional Group focusing solely on institutional disposition assignments on the West Coast. Mr. Leggett began his career at Coldwell Banker Commercial and has a degree in Biology from the University of California at San Diego.
