Whitney Knoll serves as Senior Managing Director in the Atlanta office at HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.). With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience Mr. Knoll, is primarily responsible for originating retail investment sale transactions throughout the southeastern United States. During the course of his career, he has been recognized with industry awards including The TopProducer of 2004 and 2005 at Trammell Crow Company, The Top 10 Investment Property Producer in 2002, 2003, and 2004 for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Deal of the Year from the Central Florida Board of Realtors. Prior to joining HFF in May 2008, Mr. Knoll was the Director of Retail for Staubach Capital Markets. He created and was senior partner of the East Coast Retail Investment Sales Team and led his team on the assignment of more than 225 retail transactions totaling more than 33 million square feet and $3.1 billion. Prior to joining Staubach, Mr. Knoll acted as Principal and Executive Vice President of Trammell Crow Company's Retail Capital Markets Group. He has also worked at Ben Carter and Associates and CB Commercial mmercial Real Estate Group. Mr. Knoll received his BS degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
