Leadership team needs serious training on, communication, transparency, and how to attain maturity by respecting & retaining the talent above personal friendly ties. Up the ladder folks like to believe they are open & transparent, but some serious blockers and unprofessional folks are thriving under
Leadership needs to be keen on improving, even if that takes a critical eye towards old players. Leadership can be more educated about what each employee brings to the table
Leaving the company seems to be the only solution after trying to communicate constantly for several months/year.
qualifications & experience needs to be valued through compensation
Open communication, and no fear of reporting manage will help. Many co workers work only because of the fear of reporting manager. Sometimes they over meet, overshow, and do things that are not needed to please the manager, rest of the time they would underdeliver.
They need training for their roles and responsibilites
Leadership needs training on how to lead people with authenticity and for good
Leadership needs to actively discourage the culture of boss pleasing, this typically is practiced by the Indian community of employees

Messed up reporting structures (no well thought-out structure in place, some old folks that formed the company do as they please, sometimes that works, other times it doesn't, in the case of later they blame someone new and move on) and rejecting the ideas of specialists
