Agents great at giving lip service ! If a problem occurs good luck ! Try calling Corporate office .. cant get a live person .. other real estate companies to select !

Stop being unethical. It's not ethical not to present an offer to a seller. It's unethical to decline my offer because, you as the sellers realtor want to get both sides of the commission.
