What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone here makes a difference and helps grow the company. With self-managed teams, everyone has a voice and everyone's expertise is valued and needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free yoga and physical training each week. Fully stocked kitchen. Kombucha on tap.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're small, but mighty. Though the workload is heavy, the work is always very diverse.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They did remote screening interviewing, so I only had to actually come into the office for the final team interviews.
