What can this brand most improve?

Great product-- but sorely lacking in operations. Customer service is overtapped, flailing, and floundering. With a great head of ops, they could be fantastic.

What can this brand most improve?

Keeping items cold during delivery. Too many things were spoiled because they were not packed properly in the box.

What do you value most about this brand?

I am really surprised and impressed by the flavor of the food. I am trying to stay in a calorie deficit so i chiose things under 500 calories and its all tasted honestly amazing. Didnt expect to like it this much. I also don't want to cook so i get the heat and serve meals. I dont waste grocery or $
