David Stryker — Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Huntsman Corporation

Mr. David M. Stryker has been an Executive Vice President, Secretary, General Counsel at Huntsman Corporation and Huntsman International LLC since June 10, 2013 and serves as its Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Stryker was Senior Vice President of BASF Corporation since April 2004 and served as its Chief Compliance Officer. He served as General Counsel of BASF Corporation since April 2004. Mr. Stryker joined BASF after 10 years with Siemens Corporation, New York, N.Y. He was Corporate Compliance Officer at Siemens Corporation. Among other responsibilities, he managed all litigation in North America for Siemens AG and its subsidiaries, including patent, antitrust and commercial law matters. Mr. Stryker started with Siemens as a Senior Litigation Counsel in 1994 and was promoted to Associate General Counsel in 1998. Previously, he was Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Siemens Corporation. Mr. Stryker started his legal career as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert H. Bork on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Prior to Siemens, he was a Partner in the Chicago, Ill., and New York, N.Y., offices of law firm Kirkland & Ellis from 1984 to 1994. Mr. Stryker holds a bachelor's degree in English literature and a law degree, both from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
