Scheduling, proper and fair pay, promoting and hiring qualified employees not just friends to management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Always had someone from. The offices friend get hired in to better position positions or was put on a job with another who couldn't do the job so I was relied on to make the job happen but they had a buddy or relatives in the office so they got the credit for completing the job
