The premium pay structure is great. Its attainable each quarter but isn't required. I think its a great system for those who want to take advantage.
Being on salary itself is a blessing. As well as the RTO.

I've been on my wife's benefits for most of my time at HyBridge, but I do appreciate the stipend HyBridge provides when you do not use their benefits.

For me, personally, it is part pay, but equally about work/life balance. All the money in the world can fix the imbalance, and a work/life balance that's great doesn't make up for low wages. Having the two well balanced makes a huge difference.

Single employees pay nothing for benefits - or they pay very little, depending on which of the voluntary benefits they select.
I like the amount of money my company pays towards my benefits.
Salary is competitive and they also pay for further education.
Bonus options available to us
the flexibility of working from home, and the ability to achieve premium pay if desired.
It is fair, and has improved over the past few years.
Being paid for forgoing insurance coverage
Having a compensation plan outlined for expectations and if there was a path to get to the next step.
For my knowledge and completing all online training in a timely fashion, as well as, willingness to help my team, jump in when needed, I feel I am paid at the lower end of my title.
I would like better health insurance.
I used to receive performance-based increases in pay, but that hasn't happened for years. Last year I thought "my performance on *this* project has been my best ever. If anything would justify a performance-based pay increase or bonus, this would be it." I was disappointed that it didn't.
Would like to have more control on utilization which impacts quarterly bonus. Would like to see better retirement package as base salary is less than previous positions outside of HyB.
Bonuses are hard to retrieve each quarter. There are only a certain amount of hours we are allowed each project we are on and each week. A salary increase or easier way to be eligible for a quarterly bonus.
