The company offers great opportunities for advancement. The projects are challenging and complicated. Great group of people who work together for the greater good.

HyBridge has so far been the best company I have ever worked for. The people here make this company great as they genuinely care about everyone that works here as well as our clients.

Joining Hybridge was a career change for me and I'm glad I made the leap. The team (all the way from the top executive level to my daily coworkers) is supportive and great people to work with. I enjoy working through new challenges and skills while bringing past experiences to contribute to success.

Everyone is supportive of each other, learning new things is always encouraged, and I feel that the leadership has a genuine interest in me as a person.

My experience at HyBridge has been positive. From the people I work with to the Management.

Action oriented, tackling problems before they occur. Looking for different opportunities. Have a specific vision. And a strong desire to knock down walls.

They are always available when I have questions and they show me appreciation and respect.

Compensation, I would like the bonus plan to be restructured but it's still pretty good also.

It is exactly what I expect to be paid for the job I do.

Straight forward and fair compensation

The premium pay that is offered.

The premium pay structure is great. Its attainable each quarter but isn't required. I think its a great system for those who want to take advantage.

Having a compensation plan outlined for expectations and if there was a path to get to the next step.

For my knowledge and completing all online training in a timely fashion, as well as, willingness to help my team, jump in when needed, I feel I am paid at the lower end of my title.

I would like better health insurance.

I used to receive performance-based increases in pay, but that hasn't happened for years. Last year I thought "my performance on *this* project has been my best ever. If anything would justify a performance-based pay increase or bonus, this would be it." I was disappointed that it didn't.

Would like to have more control on utilization which impacts quarterly bonus. Would like to see better retirement package as base salary is less than previous positions outside of HyB.

Best team most knowledgeable on the planet. Great resources. Good culture in asking for help and accepting help.

My team is always friendly and willing to take time to mentor me as needed.

Everyone is willing to jump in and help or answer a question whenever they're free. We are a diverse team of professionals who are open to sharing and hearing each others' perspectives.

The HyBridge team consists of the best and brightest resources with a focus on delivering outstanding results to meet the needs of each our clients.

We are very supportive of each other and goal focused. We will do what it takes to get the job done right.

The camaraderie of the teams the creation of the pods

I love the fact that everyone at this company is willing to share their knowledge and we are all treated as equals. Everyone here has my back and I have theirs.

What's most positive about the HyBridge culture is how we work together as a team in supporting our clients.

The atmosphere is friendly and supportive even though most of us work remotely.

Leadership was very transparent and gave me reasonable expectations about what they wanted this role to accomplish.
