I've had a very good experience at HyBridge! I've been challenged more during my employment with them than I have in almost my entire career! And I wouldn't have it any other way!

With all situations, there are good and bad experiences. Most of my experiences have been top notch. There are some things that I feel can be done better, especially as it pertains to feedback. Feeling questioned constantly about a course of action can be demeaning. I've experienced that lately.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working at HyBridge Solutions. I was given an opportunity and an edict to grow, and I believe I have. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the support of the Leadership Team, my immediate team, and those who shared their knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work without being micromanaged.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to provide solutions for the customer.

Jamie and Crawford are awesome!

I like the amount of money my company pays towards my benefits.

Not being micromanaged, and having managers and project managers trust you're expertise.

Our team is very collaborative, and we genuinely look to have each other succeed.

I think the commitment to employee satisfaction is the most impressive thing about our leadership team.

Accomplishing something that makes our clients happy. That's the most rewarding thing I've experienced. Also, having clients ask you back!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that we get paid per diem for billable hours. I would like more billable hours, please!! LOL

When the client is happy, or when I figure something out on my own. Also learning how to use my application more.

We are very collaborative. We all care about the other, and try to make sure that we share knowledge and experience so all can prosper!

I like being able to reach out to my team any time and have them be responsive. We are collaborative and share work product freely.

I like that, for the most part, we're left to do what we were hired to do. Not having micro-managers is extremely important to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being compensated for the technology we are required to have is a definite plus! I also enjoy the way compensation is constructed, specifically that we are employees, so when we have to be beached we're still earning!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at HyBridge Solutions cares about employees. That's the most attractive trait for a company to have for me. If there is not investment in the people who do the work on the ground, the whole thing eventually falls apart.
