I'm very happy to work here because I have opportunities to work on challenging technical projects, to mentor more junior employees, and to help our clients' improve the quality of their processes and information systems. I feel like the work I do is actually very important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executive team is always knowledgeable and up-to-date on Infor's and UKG's latest offerings, structure, etc. They just know the industry really well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing an integrated solution working as it's expected to. When a project is done, looking at all of the parts working together gives me a great deal of satisfaction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I generally feel that my supervisor, our leadership team, and my coworkers have my back at all times. Even if I'm unsure of myself about something, my team is there to support me at all times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to receive performance-based increases in pay, but that hasn't happened for years. Last year I thought "my performance on *this* project has been my best ever. If anything would justify a performance-based pay increase or bonus, this would be it." I was disappointed that it didn't.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like my coworkers are always very approachable and helpful when I need something from them. No one can know everything and asking for help once in a while is necessary for us all. I like that no one ever makes me feel bad asking for help about anything, large or small.
