From the interview process it was clear that this wasn't just a "job". From my direct manager all the way to the top, I was greeted and treated as an important part of the team. Every day so far has been a pleasure, and I look forward to growing with this company and eventually retiring here.

Right from the start leadership has made sure to make you feel important, to make sure you feel that you are a key component to the future success of the company. You don't feel like an employee ID here, you feel like an asset.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work remote, I know what is expected from me on a daily basis. I am giving what I need to work at my pace and achieve my goals. Also my manager likes to touch base weekly to keep in touch and make sure everything is going as planned and offer assistance if needed.
