Solving a challenge for a client and having them express their gratitude is great!

They are always approachable, always willing to pitch in and provide assistance, sometimes carving time out of their busy schedules, even outside normal work hours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The exec team are always approachable, personable, and responsive. One of (if not the) most collegial groups of leaders that I've ever had the privilege of working with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Above and beyond all other positives (and there are many), the fact that I do not ever feel micromanaged is absolutely a godsend. I have room to work my schedule and serve the customer within the parameters set by my leadership; I feel trusted and valued as a team member, and that's awesome!
