I think this is a great company and has amazing potential to keep being great. I believe their needs to be a better process for implementing projects as a standard. I feel at times leadership keeps everyone in the dark or siloed from each other, this does not benefit the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not being micromanagers and being able to work remote and with my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Holding quarterly townhalls to keep up in the loop of what is in the pipeline.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work from home is a huge positive and my team. The team culture is amazing and make my work day smooth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone willing to jump in and help whenever. My lead is amazing, always checking in and willing to help or train me as needed. My co workers are amazing and a great team to be with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my knowledge and completing all online training in a timely fashion, as well as, willingness to help my team, jump in when needed, I feel I am paid at the lower end of my title.
