What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company has a culture of continuous improvement, every employee regardless of title or tenure has the ability to address workflow to improve productivity. This is important for effectiveness in our work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewers were knowledgable and were able to share about their experiences and goals for the company. These were very informative in helping me make sure that the company was a right fit for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is fast paced, and tech driven. This allows us to be effective in our day-to-day, have quick turnaround times for our deliverables. Being in a team that is productive, and equally motivated as you are is important for my own career satisfaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very open to listening to new ideas and perspectives from employees. In my experience, a simple idea/suggestion was taken seriously and we were able to roll out a new initiative within a couple of weeks! As a junior employee of the company, I felt like I truly made an impact!
