What is the best part about your compensation package?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite the many departments (C-suite, sales, BD, account management, finance, PR and operations) everyone works together collaboratively towards a common goal. We work hard and socialize together outside of the office. I consider my co-workers friends, which is really meaningful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO, Gil, is an inspiration. The company began in the living room of his home, and with his determination, passion and tenacity, HYPR has grown to be the market leader in the influencer space. Gil's passion is intoxicating and contagious. It's motivating just being in his presence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture filters down from the top, and our CEO is probably the most motivating, caring, accommodating and down to earth CEO I've encountered. He prefers to sit with the team instead of an office so he's always approachable, he empowers his employees and he genuinely cares about their wellbeing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The incredibly creative, inspiring and innovative people I call my colleagues. The clients I have the privilege of working with, as well as the work that I'm doing. It's thrilling to know that I'm working for the market leader in this space, and that there's no one else doing what we do.
