Executive Bio
Ms. Carol T. Banducci has been an Executive Vice President of IAMGOLD Corporation since July 2009 and has been its Chief Financial Officer since July 03, 2007. Ms. Banducci oversees all aspects of the finance, information technology and investor relations functions. She has extensive finance experience in statutory and management reporting, audit, forecasts, capital programs, treasury, tax, acquisitions and divestments, pension fund management, insurance and information technology. She has more than 20 years of financial management and strategic leadership experience with leading global companies. Ms. Banducci joined IAMGOLD Corp. in July 2007 as Senior Vice President. She served as Vice President of Financial Operations at Royal Group Technologies from November 2005 to June 2007, where she led comprehensive integration, restructuring and cost improvement initiatives. She engaged as a Consultant advising on the restructuring of businesses from 2004 to October 2005. Prior to 2004, Ms. Banducci served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Canadian General-Tower Limited and held other senior level finance positions with the world's leading suppliers of explosives and blasting technology, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orica Explosives North America; Vice President, Finance and Information Technology and Chief Financial Officer of ICI Explosives Canada & Latin America; International Controller of ICI International Explosives; and Treasurer of ICI Canada Inc. She has been a Director of Euro Ressources S.A. since June 24, 2014 and Hudbay Minerals Inc. since May 4, 2017. She served as a Director of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. since May 6, 2010 until October 20, 2016. She served as a Director of Euro Ressources S.A. from January 14, 2009 to August 10, 2010 and Royal Group Technologies from 2006 to 2007. Ms. Banducci holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto.
