Sandra Wallach — Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Identiv

Ms. Sandra Wallach has been the Chief Financial Officer of Identiv, Inc. since February 16, 2017 and serves as its Secretary. Ms. Wallach served as Chief Financial Officer at UBM TechInsights, Inc. since February 2013. Ms. Wallach is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of multi-faceted experience, has the right balance of controllership, insightful analysis, business partnership and technology market experience to enable growth and profitability at UBM Tech. Prior to UBM Tech, she served as Vice President of Finance with MiaSole, a thin film solar technology company, where she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, insurance, valuations, treasury, audit and financial planning and analysis, as well as Chief Financial Officer for subsidiary Global Solar. She served as Vice President of Finance at Juniper Networks from 2008 to 2011. She also served in finance roles at General Electric and Intuit. Ms. Wallach served as Chief Financial Officer of General Electric's (GE) Industrial Systems, Drives & Controls division. Previously, she held a range of financial and management positions since joining GE in 1986. She is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (GE), certified in Change Management (DMAIC, DFSS). Ms. Wallach holds a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley.
