Ms. Kevann M. Cooke has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of IDEX Corporation since November 19, 2016. Ms. Cooke served as Chief Governance Officer and Senior Vice President of Aon Plc (also known as Aon Corp). Ms. Cooke served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Aon Corp. Ms. Cooke serves as Director of the Chicago Historical Society and 21st Century Urban Schools. She managed Aon Foundation and the Department of Community Affairs. Ms. Cooke served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Special Assistant for legal affairs to the president of the Cook County Board of Commissioners. She previously practiced law with the law firms of Phelan, Pope and John, LTD., and Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammholz. Ms. Cooke earned her Law Degree from Stanford University and her Undergraduate Degree from Princeton University.
